USMLE 120 offers both a free practice test and a premium exam. The free test includes 3 blocks of 40 questions each. The premium version includes 7 full blocks (280 questions) and is available through a one-time payment of $19.99 for a 6-month subscription.

Some features may require account creation in the future. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if no premium exam blocks have been started. To request a refund, email info@usmle120.com with your order ID and purchase details.
7. Limitation of Liability
USMLE 120 is provided “as is” without any warranties. We do not guarantee that using our site will improve your USMLE Step 1 score or guarantee a passing result. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of our content or platform.
